Quick one-pan dish with tender Swiss chard, garlic, and Parmesan for a hearty and flavorful meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons olive oil
02 - 1 clove garlic, minced
03 - 1 bunch Swiss chard
04 - 1 cup water
05 - 4 ounces thin spaghetti, broken in half
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Remove thick stems from Swiss chard and wash thoroughly, leaving the leaves wet. Cut into 2-inch thick slices.
02 - Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a large pan over medium-high heat until it starts to sizzle.
03 - Add the sliced chard to the pan. Cook and stir for one minute to soften the leaves.
04 - Stir in water, the broken spaghetti, and salt. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.
05 - Remove the pan from heat and stir in the additional olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
