Olive Cheese Bread Delight (Print Version)

01 - 6 oz full-fat sour cream
02 - 4 tablespoons softened butter
03 - 7 oz green olives, drained and sliced
04 - 6 oz black olives, drained and sliced
05 - 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 8–10 oz loaf French bread
09 - Kosher salt
10 - Fresh cracked pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, and butter along with a large pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until mostly smooth.
03 - Add Monterey Jack cheese and green onions to the mixture and stir until well combined.
04 - Fold the green and black olives into the cheese mixture.
05 - Slice the French bread loaf in half widthwise and then in half lengthwise, creating four equal pieces.
06 - Divide the olive and cheese mixture evenly between the four bread pieces, spreading it in an even layer on the cut side of the bread.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the ends start to turn golden brown.
08 - Broil for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese develops a dark golden brown color.
09 - Slice the bread, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
