No-Bake Pound Cake Bites (Print Version)

01 - 16 oz frozen Sara Lee All Butter Pound Cake
02 - 16 oz vanilla Candiquik candy coating, or white chocolate chips, or candy melts
03 - Assorted sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the pound cake into ten 1 to 1 1/2-inch slices.
03 - Use a small round cookie cutter to cut two rounds from each slice of pound cake and place them on the prepared tray.
04 - Melt the Candiquik candy coating according to the package directions.
05 - Spoon about a tablespoon of melted candy coating over each pound cake round, smoothing it over the top and down the sides. Repeat as needed until the rounds are completely covered.
06 - Sprinkle the top of each coated pound cake round with assorted sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
07 - Once the candy coating is set, use a sharp knife to remove any excess coating around each pound cake bite.
