Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.

Slice the pound cake into ten 1 to 1 1/2-inch slices.

Use a small round cookie cutter to cut two rounds from each slice of pound cake and place them on the prepared tray.

Melt the Candiquik candy coating according to the package directions.

Spoon about a tablespoon of melted candy coating over each pound cake round, smoothing it over the top and down the sides. Repeat as needed until the rounds are completely covered.

Sprinkle the top of each coated pound cake round with assorted sprinkles while the coating is still wet.

Once the candy coating is set, use a sharp knife to remove any excess coating around each pound cake bite.
