# Ingredients:

01 - Whole milk mozzarella cheese block (1 pound).
02 - All-purpose flour (1 cup).
03 - Large eggs, whisked (3).
04 - Panko breadcrumbs (1 cup).
05 - Plain breadcrumbs (1 cup).
06 - Cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon plus 2 tablespoons divided).
07 - Smoked paprika (1 teaspoon plus 1 teaspoon divided).
08 - Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon plus 1/2 teaspoon divided).
09 - Onion powder (1/2 teaspoon).
10 - Unsalted butter, melted (1/2 cup).
11 - Brown sugar (2 tablespoons).
12 - Chili powder (1/2 teaspoon, optional).
13 - Hot sauce (2-3 tablespoons).
14 - Avocado oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut mozzarella into 3-inch by 1/2-inch sticks.
02 - Prepare flour, egg, and seasoned breadcrumb mixtures in separate bowls.
03 - Double coat each stick in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
04 - Freeze breaded sticks 15-20 minutes.
05 - Cook in 375°F oil for 1-2 minutes until golden.
06 - Mix melted butter with spices and hot sauce.
