01 - 20 regular Oreos (half of a 15.5 oz package), broken into pieces
02 - 24 oz white chocolate morsels
03 - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp mint extract, adjusted to taste
04 - Green food coloring

# Instructions:

01 - Break the Oreos into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
02 - Melt the white chocolate morsels following the package directions.
03 - Quickly mix the mint extract and green food coloring into the melted chocolate. Then, stir in the broken Oreos until evenly coated.
04 - Pour the mixture into a wax paper-lined pan and spread evenly. Place the pan in the freezer for two hours to set.
05 - Remove the bark from the freezer, break it into pieces, and serve.
