Line a baking sheet or casserole dish with foil.

Combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder, stir until well mixed. Sift if lumpy.

Pour milk over sugar mixture without mixing. Place butter cubes on top.

Heat on high 3-4 minutes until butter nearly melts completely.

Remove and stir thoroughly while hot. Add walnuts and vanilla once chocolate mixture is combined.

Pour into prepared dish, spread to desired thickness. Let set at room temperature.
