Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn (Print Version)

01 - 1 (3.2 oz) bag microwave popcorn, popped
02 - ½ cup (1 stick) butter
03 - 1 cup brown sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
05 - 20 large marshmallows (or 3 cups mini marshmallows)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Add popped popcorn to a mixing bowl, making sure to remove any unpopped kernels. Set aside.
02 - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Stir until the mixture is melted and well combined.
03 - Add marshmallows and vanilla extract, stirring constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted.
04 - Remove from heat and pour over popcorn. Mix to coat evenly, then transfer to a baking sheet to set up before enjoying.
