# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/4 cups flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 cup softened butter.
06 - 3/4 cup sugar.
07 - 3/4 cup brown sugar.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
10 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
11 - 2 cups chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
02 - Beat butter and sugars 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
04 - Divide dough in half, mix cocoa into one portion.
05 - Gently fold chocolate dough into plain dough.
06 - Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
07 - Form balls, bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
