Heat oven to 400°F. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

Put 2 tater tots in each cup. Bake 10 minutes.

Press tots down and up sides of cups using fingers or shot glass.

Fill cups with shredded cheese, bake 5 more minutes.

Add sour cream, bacon bits and chives. Let cool slightly before removing.
