Loaded Tater Tot Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 48 frozen tater tots.
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar.
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
04 - 3 tablespoons bacon bits.
05 - 3 tablespoons chives.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
02 - Put 2 tater tots in each cup. Bake 10 minutes.
03 - Press tots down and up sides of cups using fingers or shot glass.
04 - Fill cups with shredded cheese, bake 5 more minutes.
05 - Add sour cream, bacon bits and chives. Let cool slightly before removing.

# Notes:

01 - Use butter knife to help remove from pan.
02 - Serve while still warm.
