Heat your nonstick skillet over medium heat. Drop about 1 tablespoon of cheese into flat piles, spacing them apart. You can make 4-6 at a time depending on your skillet size.

Once the cheese starts bubbling (about 1 minute), top each cheese pile with a pepperoni slice. Let cook until the cheese edges get brown and crispy.

Carefully flip each crisp pepperoni-side down and cook for about 30 seconds more. Transfer to a plate pepperoni-side up and serve with tomato sauce.
