Easy Keto Pepperoni Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

01 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend of mozzarella and parmesan)
02 - 12 slices pepperoni
03 - ¼ cup sugar-free tomato sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your nonstick skillet over medium heat. Drop about 1 tablespoon of cheese into flat piles, spacing them apart. You can make 4-6 at a time depending on your skillet size.
02 - Once the cheese starts bubbling (about 1 minute), top each cheese pile with a pepperoni slice. Let cook until the cheese edges get brown and crispy.
03 - Carefully flip each crisp pepperoni-side down and cook for about 30 seconds more. Transfer to a plate pepperoni-side up and serve with tomato sauce.
04 - Continue making batches until all ingredients are used up.
