Jalapeño Popper Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 2 cups cooked chicken.
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
09 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped.
10 - 2-3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
02 - Add seasonings, mix well.
03 - Add chicken, cheese, bacon, jalapeños. Mix until combined.
04 - Cover and chill 30-60 minutes.
05 - Serve on croissants, bread, or lettuce.

# Notes:

01 - Remove jalapeño seeds for mild spice.
02 - Can use light cream cheese.
03 - Rotisserie chicken works well.
04 - Can substitute Greek yogurt for mayo.
