Hot Honey Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds salmon (cut in 1-inch chunks, no skin).
02 - 2 spoons olive oil.
03 - 1 spoon paprika.
04 - 1 spoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 spoon onion powder.
06 - 1 spoon salt.
07 - 1/2 spoon black pepper.
08 - 3 spoons soft butter.
09 - 1/4 cup hot honey.
10 - Cut-up parsley to top.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer to 390°F.
02 - Mix oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper in big bowl.
03 - Toss salmon chunks in spice mix till covered.
04 - Put salmon in air fryer - don't stack them.
05 - Cook 9-10 minutes. Shake basket halfway. Fish should reach 140-145°F inside.
06 - Heat butter and hot honey in pot till mixed.
07 - Put cooked fish in honey mix. Stir gentle to coat.
08 - Put on plate. Top with parsley.
09 - Serve hot!.

# Notes:

01 - No air fryer? Use oven at 400°F for 16 minutes. Flip once.
02 - Cook fish to 145°F inside to be safe.
03 - Use more or less hot honey to match how spicy you like it.
