# Ingredients:

01 - 8.5 ounces (approximately 6 cups) flaming hot Cheetos, crushed to about 3 cups
02 - 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks, halved
03 - ½ cup (62.5 g) all-purpose flour
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
07 - Chopped parsley, for garnish
08 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil for frying in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Set up a breading station: in one bowl, mix all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and garlic powder. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, place the crushed Hot Cheetos.
03 - Dip each mozzarella stick into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally coat with the crushed Hot Cheetos.
04 - If baking, arrange the coated mozzarella sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy. If frying, carefully lower the mozzarella sticks into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
05 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
