Transfer frozen mixed berries, banana, chia seeds, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, water or milk, and protein powder if using to the blender.

Blend the mixture on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds or until the smoothie is completely smooth. Adjust the amount of liquid if a thinner consistency is desired.

Taste the smoothie. If not using protein powder or if additional sweetness is desired, incorporate another banana half and blend again.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy at once, as it will thicken upon standing.
