High Fiber Fruit Smoothie (Print Version)

Blend berries, banana, oats, and yogurt for a sweet, fiber-filled drink. Perfect for a healthy morning boost.

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
02 - 1/2 ripe banana
03 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
04 - 2 tablespoons rolled oats
05 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
06 - 1/2 cup water or milk
07 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Transfer frozen mixed berries, banana, chia seeds, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, water or milk, and protein powder if using to the blender.
02 - Blend the mixture on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds or until the smoothie is completely smooth. Adjust the amount of liquid if a thinner consistency is desired.
03 - Taste the smoothie. If not using protein powder or if additional sweetness is desired, incorporate another banana half and blend again.
04 - Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy at once, as it will thicken upon standing.

# Notes:

01 - For a colder beverage, use all frozen fruit and chill serving glasses in advance.
02 - Adjust the type of milk according to dietary preferences or desired creaminess.
