01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil

03 - 1/4 cup coconut aminos
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
07 - 1 tablespoon garlic cloves, minced
08 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
11 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
12 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish

13 - 2 cups cooked green beans
14 - 1 cup cooked white rice

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Cook white rice and green beans according to package directions.
02 - Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add chicken to the pan and sauté until browned on all sides, approximately 10-12 minutes.
03 - While the chicken is cooking, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, ground ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, black pepper, lime zest, and lime juice.
04 - Remove cooked chicken from the pan and set aside. Pour the sauce mixture into the same pan and cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring consistently. Allow sauce to bubble and thicken, being careful not to burn.
05 - Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and coat thoroughly in the thickened sauce.
06 - Serve sesame chicken over cooked rice and green beans, garnished with sesame seeds.
