Guacamole Avocado Cilantro Lime (Print Version)

Silky avocado mashed up with tangy lime, cilantro, bits of tomato, and just a little cayenne for a punchy, colorful snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 1 lime, squeezed for juice
02 - 3 ripe avocados, peeled with pits taken out
03 - 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
04 - 2 roma tomatoes, chopped up
05 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
06 - 0.5 cup onion, really finely chopped

→ Seasonings

07 - A pinch of cayenne pepper if you want a little heat
08 - 1 teaspoon salt, or whatever tastes best to you

# Instructions:

01 - Grab your cilantro and chop it, mash that garlic, dice the onion and tomatoes, peel the avocados and remove the pits. Get everything set before you start mixing.
02 - Plop the avocado into a mixing bowl, pour in lime juice and sprinkle salt over it. Use a fork or potato masher to smash it all up until you like the look of it—smooth or chunky.
03 - Gently mix in your tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic, making sure they're all spread around without squishing everything together.
04 - Craving a kick? Toss in some cayenne. Taste for salt, add more if you like, then give it a quick stir.
05 - Enjoy it right away with chips, or stash it in the fridge for an hour to let the flavors hang out together.

# Notes:

01 - Mash everything well for a super smooth dip, or go easy if you like it chunky.
