Line baking sheet with parchment. Pulse Oreos in food processor into fine crumbs.

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in Oreo crumbs until well combined.

Scoop 1.5-inch balls, roll smooth, and place on prepared tray. Chill at least 2 hours.

Melt candy melts in double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth. Set aside 1/2 cup for drizzle.

Dip chilled balls in melted candy using fork or toothpick. Tap off excess and place on tray.

Drizzle with reserved melted candy and immediately top with red candy heart. Chill until set.
