Grinch Oreo Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24.4 ounces (2 packages) Red Velvet Oreos (44 cookies).
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 15 ounces light green candy melts.
04 - Red candy hearts for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheet with parchment. Pulse Oreos in food processor into fine crumbs.
02 - Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in Oreo crumbs until well combined.
03 - Scoop 1.5-inch balls, roll smooth, and place on prepared tray. Chill at least 2 hours.
04 - Melt candy melts in double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth. Set aside 1/2 cup for drizzle.
05 - Dip chilled balls in melted candy using fork or toothpick. Tap off excess and place on tray.
06 - Drizzle with reserved melted candy and immediately top with red candy heart. Chill until set.

# Notes:

01 - Can be frozen before coating up to 3 months.
02 - Keeps in fridge up to 1 week.
03 - Can use different Oreo flavors.
