Korean-Style Gochujang Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5-6 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless skinless)
02 - 2 tbsp avocado oil
03 - 2 tbsp gochujang paste
04 - 2 tbsp mirin
05 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
06 - 1 tbsp honey
07 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
08 - 1 tbsp minced ginger

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
02 - Add the chicken and mix well. Marinade for 15 minutes or more. For best results, marinate overnight.
03 - Air fry at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. The internal temperature of chicken should reach 165 degrees or more.
04 - Serve and enjoy!
