Gingerbread Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup (57g) powdered sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.
10 - 1 tablespoon molasses.
11 - 2 1/4 cups (279g) all-purpose flour.
12 - Additional powdered sugar for rolling.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, spices, and molasses until smooth. Mix in flour until dough comes together.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon dough portions onto prepared cookie sheets.
04 - Bake 10-12 minutes until bottoms are slightly brown.
05 - Cool briefly, then roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Cool completely and re-roll in sugar if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Dough will look crumbly before coming together.
02 - Double rolling in sugar creates best coating.
