Giant Breakfast Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 7 large flour tortillas.
02 - 6 crispy hash brown patties, prepared.
03 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked.
04 - 8 ounces ground pork sausage, cooked.
05 - 6 large eggs, scrambled.
06 - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
07 - Green onions, chopped for garnish.
08 - Tomatoes, diced for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Put tortillas in dish - one in each corner and one on each end, overlapping slightly.
03 - Place a hash brown and bacon slice on each tortilla.
04 - Spread cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese evenly over bacon.
05 - Put last tortilla in center, then fold outer tortillas over filling to seal.
06 - Cook 20-25 minutes until crispy. Top with green onions and tomatoes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure hash browns are crispy before adding.
02 - Drain excess grease from meats.
03 - Overlap tortillas to prevent gaps.
