→ For the Chicken

10 - 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
11 - Additional Parmesan cheese, for topping
12 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan. Add chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
02 - Heat the grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
03 - Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill each piece for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
04 - During the last 1–2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese over the chicken and allow it to melt slightly.
