Creamy Chicken and Pasta Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Coating

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Creamy Pasta

08 - 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - Salt and pepper to taste
14 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Get a pot of salted water boiling and cook your pasta according to package directions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside for now.
02 - Mix together your Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss those chicken pieces in this seasoned coating until they're well covered.
03 - Heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook those coated chicken bites for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they're golden brown and cooked through. Set them aside while you make the sauce.
04 - In that same skillet, melt your butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently until it starts to thicken. Stir in the Parmesan, salt, and pepper until you've got a smooth, creamy sauce.
05 - Toss your cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until it's well coated, then gently fold in those golden chicken bites. Let everything warm through for a minute or two.
