Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in hot pan. Cook meat 3-4 minutes till brown. Take meat out, save the juice.

Cook garlic in same pan till it smells good.

Pour in broth. Scrape up brown bits from pan. Add cream and cheese. Let it get thick.

Put meat back in. Mix with sauce till every piece is covered.

Top with cut parsley. Serve hot.
