Garlic Butter Steak Bites With Parmesan Cream Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb beef sirloin (cut in chunks).
02 - Salt and pepper.
03 - 2 spoons butter.
04 - 5 cloves cut-up garlic.
05 - 1/2 cup beef broth.
06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
07 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan.
08 - Fresh parsley to top.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
02 - Melt butter in hot pan. Cook meat 3-4 minutes till brown. Take meat out, save the juice.
03 - Cook garlic in same pan till it smells good.
04 - Pour in broth. Scrape up brown bits from pan. Add cream and cheese. Let it get thick.
05 - Put meat back in. Mix with sauce till every piece is covered.
06 - Top with cut parsley. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Add red pepper or paprika if you like it spicy.
02 - Goes great with mashed potatoes, noodles or cooked veggies.
