Quick Garlic Butter Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced

→ Seasonings and Garnish

04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
05 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
07 - Lemon wedges for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
02 - Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it becomes bubbly, watching carefully to prevent browning.
03 - Place the salmon fillets skin-side down (if they have skin) in the melted butter. Let them cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes to develop a nice golden crust.
04 - Carefully flip the fillets and scatter the minced garlic around them in the pan. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through.
05 - Pour the fresh lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with parsley. Let everything cook together for one more minute to meld the flavors.
06 - Transfer to serving plates, spoon the fragrant garlic butter sauce over each fillet, and garnish with fresh lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh, high-quality salmon for the best results
02 - Pairs perfectly with steamed vegetables or rice
03 - Can be made with either fresh or dried parsley
