Tasty beef with honey, garlic, and BBQ sauce comes together in these tacos, finished off with smooth sauce and cheddar cheese.

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Filling

01 - Pepper and salt, add as much as you like
02 - A teaspoon of smoked paprika
03 - 80 ml BBQ sauce
04 - 60 ml honey
05 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up small
06 - 28 g unsalted butter
07 - 450 g beef, ground or as strips

→ Taco Sauce

08 - Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
09 - 15 ml BBQ sauce
10 - 30 ml honey
11 - 120 ml mayonnaise

→ Assembly

12 - Fresh cilantro, chopped up, if you want
13 - 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
14 - 6 regular soft taco tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Fold your filled tortillas over and hand them out as soon as possible so they stay tasty and fresh.
02 - Top each tortilla with some beef filling, spoon on plenty of taco sauce, toss on cheddar, and sprinkle cilantro if you like the flavor.
03 - Warm up your tortillas in a dry pan or zap them in the microwave until they're soft and easy to bend.
04 - Mix honey, mayo, BBQ sauce, and paprika together in a bowl until everything blends creamy and even. Keep close by for building the tacos.
05 - Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let everything bubble a few minutes till the beef is sticky and saucy.
06 - Drop ground beef or strips into your hot skillet. Cook until there's no pink left, breaking up ground beef with a spatula as you go. Scoop out extra grease if you see it.
07 - Let the butter melt in a big pan over medium heat. Toss in garlic and let it sizzle just long enough to start smelling great, about half a minute.

# Notes:

01 - Try not to leave too much juice in the beef mixture or your tacos can turn mushy.
02 - Toss tortillas in foil and stash them in a low oven to keep them warm if prepping early.
