Savor beefy, buttery bacon rollups with cheddar in golden crust.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
03 - 1/2 cup water
04 - 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough

06 - 1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

→ Garlic Butter

07 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
02 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stretch the pizza dough into a 10x15 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
03 - Spread the cooked beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Pinch the edges to seal the log.
05 - Cut the log into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife and place the pieces cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
07 - Brush the garlic butter over the rollups. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
