Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stretch the pizza dough into a 10x15 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

Spread the cooked beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Pinch the edges to seal the log.

Cut the log into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife and place the pieces cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
