Dip the rim of a hurricane or tall glass in honey or simple syrup, then coat it with shimmer dust or sugar crystals for a sparkling effect.

In a blender, combine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared glass and set aside.

Add blue curaçao and a pinch of edible shimmer dust to the remaining mixture in the blender. Blend until the color is fully incorporated.

Slowly pour the blue mixture over the yellow mixture in the glass. Use a straw or spoon to gently stir the two layers together in a circular motion to create a galaxy swirl effect.
