Pecan Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 170g dark chocolate.
02 - 170g unsalted butter.
03 - 4 eggs, room temperature.
04 - 200g granulated sugar.
05 - 150g brown sugar.
06 - 45g cocoa powder, Dutch processed.
07 - 120g all-purpose flour.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 - 200g pecans.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 175°C/350°F.
02 - Line 9-inch pan with parchment.
03 - Melt chocolate and butter together.
04 - Whip eggs and sugars 5-7 minutes.
05 - Add chocolate mixture slowly.
06 - Fold in sifted dry ingredients.
07 - Pour into pan, top with pecans.
08 - Bake 35 minutes.
09 - Cool completely before cutting.

01 - No baking powder for fudgy texture.
02 - Use room temperature eggs.
03 - Use high-quality chocolate.
04 - Keeps 3-4 days at room temperature.
