Easy Edible Cookie Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup salted butter.
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
04 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 2 tablespoons milk.
07 - 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter over medium heat, swirling constantly until amber colored. Cool 20 minutes.
02 - Microwave flour in 30-second intervals, whisking between, until 160°F. Cool completely.
03 - Whisk sugars into cooled flour. Stir in cooled butter and vanilla until combined.
04 - Add milk and mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
05 - Eat immediately or chill for later.
