Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400g potatoes, unpeeled.
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic granules.
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional).
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut potatoes into 1cm wedges.
02 - Dry wedges with kitchen towel.
03 - Mix with oil and seasonings.
04 - Heat oven to 200°C.
05 - Place wedges in single layer on tray.
06 - Bake 20 minutes.
07 - Flip wedges.
08 - Bake 20-25 minutes more.
09 - Cook in batches at 200°C.
10 - Air fry 10 minutes.
11 - Shake and cook 7 minutes more.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overcrowd the tray.
02 - Maris Pipers or King Edwards best.
03 - Use non-stick liner or greased foil.
04 - Can cook in batches and reheat.
