Easy No-Bake Key Lime Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 16 ounces cream cheese (2 8-ounce blocks, softened at room temperature)
02 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
03 - 1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 large limes)
04 - Zest of 1 lime, divided (reserve 1/3 for garnish)
05 - 1 graham cracker crust (10-inch, store bought)

→ Optional Garnish

06 - Extra lime slices for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and 2/3 of the lime zest to a large mixing bowl, and beat on high until smooth and creamy (about 4 minutes).
02 - Transfer the filling to a graham cracker crust.
03 - Sprinkle reserved lime zest on top, and refrigerate until filling is set, about 3 to 4 hours.
04 - Serve chilled, and garnish with extra lime slices, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - A store-bought crust works well, but homemade can be used too
02 - Regular limes can be used instead of key limes - you'll need about 2 large limes for juice and 1 for zest
03 - Light cream cheese can be used, but regular is recommended for best taste (avoid fat-free)
