→ Peanut Butter Drizzle

07 - 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
08 - 1 teaspoon shortening or coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Line two pans with parchment paper and place wire racks on top.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and softened butter until creamy.
03 - Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
04 - Form the mixture into balls, then press them onto half of a graham cracker, spreading it evenly to the edges.
05 - In a saucepan over low-medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and shortening until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
06 - Dip the peanut butter-covered side of the graham crackers into the melted chocolate, then place them on the wire rack.
07 - Melt the peanut butter chips and shortening together, then spoon it over the chocolate-coated graham crackers.
08 - Let the chocolate set at room temperature for 2-3 hours, or refrigerate to speed up the process.

# Notes:

01 - Refrigeration will help the chocolate set faster, but room temperature setting prevents condensation.
