Easy Edamame Salad Guide (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces blanched shelled edamame, frozen
02 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
03 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules

08 - 1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil or mint, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 6 cups of salted water to a boil, add the edamame, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely.
02 - Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss well.
03 - Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately.
