Easter Egg Oreo Cookie Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 14.3 oz package (36 cookies) Golden Oreos, crushed into crumbs
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

→ Coating

03 - 10 oz white candy coating
04 - Additional 1 oz white candy coating per color for decorating
05 - Gel icing colors

# Instructions:

01 - Crush Golden Oreos into crumbs using food processor or blender. Mix crumbs with room temperature cream cheese until well combined.
02 - Form mixture into egg shapes using about 1 1/2 tablespoons per egg. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm.
03 - Melt 10 oz white candy coating. Using a toothpick inserted in bottom, dip chilled eggs into coating. Shake off excess, place on parchment paper, twist out toothpick, and fill hole with coating.
04 - Once dry, melt 1 oz white candy coating per color desired. Add gel coloring to achieve desired colors. Pipe or drizzle colored coating over eggs in decorative patterns.
