Once water is boiling, add cleaned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove immediately and transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Butter the insides and tops of the hot dog buns. Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.

Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces and mix with the prepared dressing. Stuff the hot dog buns with the shrimp mixture.
