In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.

In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.

Dredge each tortellini in flour, dip it in the egg wash, and coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry tortellini in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
