# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package refrigerated tortellini (about 9 oz)
02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1/4 cup flour
08 - Olive oil for frying
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, approximately 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain and let cool slightly.
02 - In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
03 - In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs. Place flour in a third bowl.
04 - Dredge each tortellini in flour, dip it in the egg wash, and coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
05 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry tortellini in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Remove fried tortellini and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Season with salt and garnish with fresh parsley.
07 - Serve immediately with marinara or your preferred dipping sauce.
