# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 1½ teaspoons baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 1½ cups milk
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For Frying & Finishing

08 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying
09 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
03 - Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking continuously until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter.
04 - Heat 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Transfer the batter to a piping bag or squeeze bottle.
05 - Carefully pipe 3-4 inch strips of batter directly into the hot oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
06 - Remove the sticks from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. While still warm, dust generously with powdered sugar. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
