Heat oil in big pot.

Cook sausage 5 minutes till brown.

Add onion, pepper, carrots, garlic.

Put in salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes till soft.

Sprinkle flour over all. Stir good.

Cook 2 minutes till flour smells nutty.

Pour milk in slow. Stir till smooth.

Cook till thick, keep stirring.

Add Worcestershire, sage, beans.

Turn heat low. Cook 15-20 minutes, stir now and then.

Taste. Add more salt and pepper if needed.

Top with parsley. Serve with bread.
