Cream Cheese Jam Pinwheel Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cream cheese (8 ounces).
02 - Butter (1/2 cup).
03 - All-purpose flour, sifted (1 1/2 cups).
04 - Kosher salt (1/2 teaspoon).
05 - Seedless jam (1/3 cup).
06 - Powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and cream cheese together, mix in salt and flour until combined.
02 - Form into disc, wrap in plastic and chill 30 minutes.
03 - Roll dough on floured surface to 10x30 inch rectangle.
04 - Spread jam over dough leaving edge bare, roll into 10-inch log.
05 - Chill log for 15 minutes.
06 - Cut 1/4-1/2 inch slices with thread, bake at 375°F for 17-20 minutes.
07 - Cool completely then dust with powdered sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Use thick jam to prevent oozing.
02 - Cut with thread for clean slices.
03 - Keep dough at 1/4 inch thickness.
