Cream butter and cream cheese together, mix in salt and flour until combined.

Form into disc, wrap in plastic and chill 30 minutes.

Roll dough on floured surface to 10x30 inch rectangle.

Spread jam over dough leaving edge bare, roll into 10-inch log.

Chill log for 15 minutes.

Cut 1/4-1/2 inch slices with thread, bake at 375°F for 17-20 minutes.

Cool completely then dust with powdered sugar.
