Crab Stuffed Cheddar Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuit Base

01 - 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

→ Crab Filling

04 - 1 pound lump crab meat, fully cooked
05 - ¼ teaspoon paprika
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
07 - ½ cup mayonnaise, plus more if needed
08 - 1 tablespoon mustard
09 - ½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
10 - 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

→ Finishing Touch

11 - Melted butter mixed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package directions. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray two muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well, adding extra mayonnaise if the mixture seems dry.
03 - Dust your hands with flour. Scoop some biscuit mix and form a cup shape in your palm. Place a scoop of crab mixture in the center, then cover with additional biscuit dough to seal.
04 - Carefully shape each filled biscuit and place them into the prepared muffin tins. Continue until all dough and filling are used.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Once done, brush with the lemon butter mixture while still warm.
