Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package directions. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray two muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well, adding extra mayonnaise if the mixture seems dry.

Dust your hands with flour. Scoop some biscuit mix and form a cup shape in your palm. Place a scoop of crab mixture in the center, then cover with additional biscuit dough to seal.

Carefully shape each filled biscuit and place them into the prepared muffin tins. Continue until all dough and filling are used.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Once done, brush with the lemon butter mixture while still warm.
