# Ingredients:

10 - A few drops of pink food coloring
11 - A few drops of blue food coloring
12 - Whipped frosting (optional, for topping)
13 - Cotton candy pieces (optional, for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
03 - In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring until smooth and fully incorporated.
04 - Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
05 - Divide batter evenly into two bowls. Add pink food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to the other, stirring gently until desired colors are achieved.
06 - Spoon a little of each colored batter into the mini muffin cups, creating a swirl effect. Use a toothpick to lightly swirl the colors together if desired.
07 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
08 - Let cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, optionally top with whipped frosting and cotton candy pieces for extra whimsical flair.
