Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (fat free, reduced fat, or full fat)
02 - 1/4 cup pizza sauce

→ Cheese & Toppings

03 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (fat free, reduced fat, or full fat)
04 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
05 - Pepperoni (optional)

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
07 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Optionally drain cottage cheese. Mix cottage cheese with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and pizza sauce. For smoother texture, blend mixture until smooth.
02 - Place mixture in 16-ounce baking dish. Mix in 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, then top with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella and optional pepperoni.
03 - Oven: Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts. Optional: broil briefly to crisp. Air Fryer: Cook at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Heat 1 minute, stir, add toppings, heat 1 more minute.
