Classic Hawaiian Macaroni Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Elbow macaroni, 1 pound
02 - Mayonnaise, 1 ½ cups
03 - Milk, ¼ cup
04 - Sugar, 2 tablespoons
05 - Apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons
06 - Salt, 1 ½ teaspoons
07 - Pepper, ¼ teaspoon
08 - Yellow onion, shredded, ¼ cup
09 - Carrot, shredded, 1 large

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Strain and rinse it with cold water, then transfer to a large bowl.
02 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and fold in the shredded onion and carrot.
03 - Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix thoroughly until creamy. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour to allow the noodles to absorb the dressing. Stir once more before serving.
