Churro Cruffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast.
04 - 1/2 cup warm water.
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 cup sugar for coating.
08 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
09 - 1 cup dulce de leche.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt and water into dough.
02 - Roll out dough, spread butter, fold thirds. Repeat twice. Chill 1 hour.
03 - Cut into 12 pieces, roll strips and coil in muffin tin. Rise 1 hour.
04 - Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Roll in cinnamon sugar, fill with dulce de leche.
