Combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt and water into dough.

Roll out dough, spread butter, fold thirds. Repeat twice. Chill 1 hour.

Cut into 12 pieces, roll strips and coil in muffin tin. Rise 1 hour.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Roll in cinnamon sugar, fill with dulce de leche.
