Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 cup unsalted butter.
06 - 1 1/2 cups sugar.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
09 - 1 cup marshmallow fluff.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
02 - Beat butter and sugar 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
04 - Mix wet and dry ingredients just until combined.
05 - Chill dough 1 hour. Roll into balls and add marshmallow swirl.
06 - 350°F for 10-12 minutes until edges set.

# Notes:

01 - Can use melted marshmallows instead of fluff.
02 - Rotate pan halfway for even baking.
03 - Dough can be frozen for later use.
