Crush your biscuits or cookies until they become fine crumbs using either a food processor or rolling pin. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl and mix together with the coconut.

Finely chop both the glaced cherries and milk chocolate. Add these to your crumb mixture and stir until well combined.

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave carefully. Once melted, combine it with the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Working quickly before the chocolate sets, pour the chocolate-condensed milk mixture over your dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Once chilled, take approximately one teaspoon of mixture at a time and carefully roll into balls. Roll each truffle in additional desiccated coconut to coat. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
