Insert lollipop sticks into the top of each marshmallow and place them on a wax paper-lined tray.

Melt the caramel bits according to package instructions. Allow the caramel to cool slightly, then coat each marshmallow in caramel and let them harden.

Melt the dark chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions. Dip each caramel-coated marshmallow into the melted chocolate and add preferred toppings.

Let the chocolate-covered marshmallows harden completely before serving.
