Cut each tortilla into 6 triangle wedges.

Mix cheese powder and all seasonings.

Heat oil to 360°F in large skillet.

Fry chips in batches about 3 minutes.

Drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle with salt while hot.

Transfer to bowl and season with cheese mix.
