Cherry Cobbler Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
03 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1/4 cup salted butter, melted.
06 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 3/4 cup milk.
09 - 21 ounces cherry pie filling.
10 - 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed.
11 - 1/2 cup flour.
12 - 1/4 cup sugar.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
14 - 1 tablespoon cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line muffin tin. Mix dry ingredients.
02 - Whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla and milk.
03 - Mix wet into dry ingredients gently. Fold in drained cherries.
04 - Fill cups, add cherry topping. Make streusel and sprinkle over.
05 - Cook 22-25 minutes until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing.

01 - Don't overmix batter.
02 - Serve warm.
