Cheesy Sausage and Rotel Balls

# Ingredients:

1 pound hot ground sausage, uncooked.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened.

10 ounces Rotel tomatoes and chilies, drained.

1 3/4 cups Bisquick baking mix.

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and pepper jack).
# Instructions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine uncooked sausage with cream cheese and drained Rotel using mixer.

Mix in Bisquick, then stir in shredded cheese.

Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
