Cheesy Sausage and Rotel Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound hot ground sausage, uncooked.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes and chilies, drained.
04 - 1 3/4 cups Bisquick baking mix.
05 - 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and pepper jack).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400 degrees.
02 - Combine uncooked sausage with cream cheese and drained Rotel using mixer.
03 - Mix in Bisquick, then stir in shredded cheese.
04 - Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

01 - Can be made 2 days ahead.
02 - Can be frozen up to 2 months.
03 - Reheat in oven or crockpot, not microwave.
